Support the overall vision, mission and mandates for the company.
 
Support the affiliate marketing initiatives for REVOLT, the multi-genre, multi-platform music network delivers music news in real-time, and the best of the best in music programming. Working across departments and collaboratively with content distribution to support and secure opportunities to strengthen the REVOLT brand.
 
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate monthly deliverable of promotional assets for key affiliate accounts.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing plans and client presentations.
  • Fulfill on-going affiliate requests for materials and work closely across departments to communicate the availability and usage of materials and programs.
  • Prepare monthly updates and other reports.
  • Participate in the ongoing management of Account budgets to effectively meet goals. Process, code, track and manage payments. Assist in overall budget strategy.
  • Assist in all aspects of strategic marketing campaign development and execution; Budget allocation/management, campaign concept/creative development, and promotions fulfillment including but not limited to client relations, event coordination, legal and fulfillment issues, travel, system participation, and results recaps. 
  • Provide administrative and executional support for the SVP of Distribution and Marketing and the VP of Insights as needed, inclusive of general administrative needs, travel, T&E.
  • Some travel as needed, required.
