Support the Content Distribution team initiatives for REVOLT TV & Media, the multi-genre, multi-platform music network delivers music news in real-time, and the best of the best in music programming. Work with the distribution team to support and secure new launch opportunities to strengthen the REVOLT brand.
 
Responsibilities
  • Support Content Distribution Team at all levels during of the sales cycle, including day-to-day relationship management.
  • Provide administrative and executional support for the Content Distribution Team, includes maintaining files, databases, general administrative needs, travel plans and T&E reports.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of distribution presentations and sales collateral.
  • Prepare monthly updates and other reports as needed.
  • Fulfill on-going affiliate requests for materials and manage back office support for clients, including the Network authorization process, database management and support systems.
  • Participate in the ongoing management of account budgets.  Process, code, track and manage payments. Assist in overall budget strategy.
  • Other duties/special projects as assigned.
  • Some travel required.
  • Position based in NYC
 
 
 
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
  • BS/BA preferred.
  • Basic understanding of cable/telco/digital operations.
  • Knowledge of content distribution and digital media landscape.
  • Basic sales administration acumen.
  • Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
