‚ÄčThe Account Director works under the umbrella of Blue Flame; our internal agency of modern cultural architects.  

The Account Director will be responsible for taking the reins of existing client relationships with ongoing strategic plans in place and managing the agency's creative resources to implement these plans as seamlessly as possible.

The correct candidate for this role has demonstrated experience with brand and client management at a creative agency with reputable clients.

The Account Director will oversee the management and day to day Direction of Blue Flame content campaigns across Combs Enterprises:s e.g. Chairman's Projects ,Ciroc, DeLeon, Aqua Hydrate and Sean John as relevant. Additional Blue Flame Client base e.g. (across all categories, client names are confidential at the moment)
  • Develop and generate top flight creative campaigns working alongside the Creative Director
  • Focus on Fashion, Lifestyle and Music based campaigns.
In this role you will... 
  • Lead day-to-day relationships with Directors, Creative Agencies, Photographers, Talent,  Internal Departments, Artists & other associated Creatives
  • Develop creative best practice processes within Blue Flame
  • Manage and direct campaign budgets with accountability to CFO
  • Oversee Digital strategy and asset channel management across campaigns
  • Liaise with Chairman's person digital and creative teams
  • Set Campaign metrics of success and ROI
  • Oversee Team including Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer and Account Manager with dotted line overseeing Events Managers
What we are looking for...
  • Current experience leaning and managing a team in a client-facing role.
  • Prior experience overseeing PR, Production and Talent agency partners.
  • Demonstrated experience leading campaigns across multiple mediums:
    • ATL Campaign
    • PR Campaigns
    • Social 
    • Influencer
    • POS/Retail
  • Demonstrated experience putting together reports on competitive advertising, media spending and developing future research initiatives.
  • The ability to wear multiple hats in a "blink and you'll" miss it environment.
  • An insatiable desire to BE GREAT!

Required experience includes...
  • Completed undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, media studies or similar field.
  • 7+ years of post- college experience working for an advertising agency.
  • Related category experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in Account Management or similar client-facing role.
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Print production experience
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Attention to detail
